OpenSea Tutorial | How to flip or list an owned NFT for Sale

Hey Everyone thanks for watching another Techmaker Tips! In todays tip we went over how to List a NFT you own for sale on Opensea market.

We're going to start on the main page go to our profile and select the nft that we want to sell. In this example i click on the project verification tab and open that in a new link to compare the other prices of nfts of the same project so we're going to go to the project page and we're going to go over floor price here for a second so floor price is what it is selling for currently at the buy now without any auctions so it's basically like market buying a stock or a crypto it's what the market's deciding the values if you want it instantly this second and right now you can see that the floor price is about 0.28 for the goons project so that can just give you a good feel for the pricing.
