Mad World MMO - The die is cast - Solving Caesars problems

This is the solution to the quest called "The die is cast" from Mad World MMO. It requires you to cipher a text, which then turns into a location, you have to go to a certain spot and then use a specific emote. By far one of the more challenge quests I have come across during my game time on Mad World: Age of Darkness MMO.
