Found Footage/Date Unknown: Knights Templar Festival At The City of Tomar?

This short film which I located on the web. After some digging, it appears to depict scenes spliced together from an early Templar festival at the Templar castle located in Tomar, Portugal.
However, this is my best estimate and I welcome any alternative explanations.
