I am looking for a stop gap office in NYC so I can retain my staff but not bleed out the ass paying $13k/mo in rent in my current store location prior to looking at other options. The sooner I stop the bleeding, the better, so an option that allows me to keep people who can't move short term, even if it isn't nice, is something I am open to. This was one of the finds.
