Whistleblowing and Ethics

This presentation defines and discusses what whistleblowing is and why it's an important ethical issue. We discuss various normative ethical theories including Utilitarianism, Kantianism, and Virtue theory, as well as ethical theories specifically crafted to whistleblowing. We then discuss a range of different whistleblower cases, identifying ethical considerations that have to be made in the process of blowing the whistle.
