DK Metcalf trade rumors continue to circulate despite the Seahawks saying they “intend” to sign him to a contract extension. Metcalf is entering the final year of his rookie contract and will likely command a big contract. Should Chicago Bears GM Ryan Poles make a splashy trade for Metcalf before the NFL Draft? Brad Spielberger of Pro Football Focus suggested that the Bears should trade two Round 2 picks for DK. Bears free agency rumors have circled back to DT Larry Ogunjobi after his initial contract with the Bears was voided after he failed a physical. Ogunjobi tweeted “stay tuned” on Thursday and Poles has already mentioned that he’s still open to signing him to a lesser contract than his initial 3-year, $40.5 million deal he agreed to.
