To get the most out of this practice:
Relax and be still.
Cast away anxiety, worry and distrust.
Best used 1st thing in the morning or before bed.
Hear the echo of the words inside your own mind.

If language such as "God" or "Father" are triggering for you, replace them with other symbols that are meaningful to you, such as "Source" or "Creator". Don't let the language stand in your way of receiving the immense blessings of this practice!
