The City of Cincinnati is recognizing the transgender day of visibility. Raising the pink, blue and white transgender pride flag outside city hall today. It's a chance to celebrate transgender people and highlight the challenges and discrimination they still face. Council member Reggie Harris organized today's flag raising ceremony.
