How to connect the Zoom MS-50G with the Cuvave/M-Vave Chocolate Midi Controller

It may work fine if you connect things in a different order but thats the way it worked for me most of the time

"Program change A" does work but I'm using the "advanced custom mode" with the following configuration:

MS-50G Bank 1: Footswitch A - 1 PC 0 0
MS-50G Bank 2: Footswitch B - 1 PC 1 0
MS-50G Bank 3: Footswitch C - 1 PC 2 0
MS-50G Bank 4: Footswitch D - 1 PC 3 0
