Lullaby

This is actually the second lullaby I've written. I might try to make a better of the first one. This one is better, though. Not sure my voice fits this. I may try to change the key later.

Let the world fall away.
[Lay your head down here]
Pleasant dreams await for you.
[Put away your fears]
Close your eyes for the day.
[Daddy's here with you]
When you wake the world will be new.
[Let dreams come into view]
Count your blessings, not the sheep.
[Mom and Dad are standing near]
It's time for you to get some sleep.
[We've got something to say to you]
Inside the dreams that you adore
[When we count our blessings at night]
find a better way, a way for something more.
[We're counting you]
