What is going on YouTube and welcome back to another video! Today I will be eating and training like the God Of Thunder himself, Chris Hemsworth! Chris Hemsworth eats almost every two hours who there will be a lot of food throughout this video, as well as awesome fun facts about him! I will also be doing an awesome home workout routine that requires minimal equipment, and we will be taking it to the gym to lift heavy things and get like THOR!!! Meal Plan:
8am Green power shake with protein
10am 3 fried eggs on a slice of wholegrain toast with Vegemite and avocado
12pmWorkout
1pmPost-workout shake consisting of vegetable protein, ice water, BCAAs and 1g of Vitamin C
2:30pm8oz eye fillet (fillet mignon), grilled pumpkin salad with spinach, herbs, cucumber, and ½ cup of steamed rice
5:30pm chicken and vegetable soup
7:30pm8oz white fish, leafy green salad
9pm Yoghurt with mixed fruit, some honey and BCAAs with magnesium/zinc
