Sen. Young: Biden Budgeting to "Quickly Stamp the Hands" of Border Crossers

"The Biden administration has presented a budget that shifts money away from border protection," said Sen. Todd Young (R-IN) Wednesday at a border crisis press conference with fellow Senate Republicans, "so that immigration officials can more quickly stamp the hands of those who ultimately get through."
