TacoTuesday early with these Crispy Mini Breakfast Tacos 🌮

What You'll Need:
2 eggs
1 Tbsp heavy cream
salt & pepper
½ cup shredded cheese
2 Tbsp bacon crumbles

Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, S&P. Heat silver dollar pancake pan on medium then add 1 Tbsp shredded cheese to each pocket. Once cheese is melted, divide eggs evenly over tops of cheese shells. Sprinkle on bacon. Once the egg is almost set, use spatula to fold into taco shape. Let cool 3 minutes

👉 Don't have a silver dollar pancake pan? No problem! Use a Dash mini waffle iron for the same result! (Tip: I leave my iron open while cooking to keep the eggs nice and soft in the middle)
