We end the work week with the Atlanta Rhythm Section's song that got covered by a number of country artists over the years along with a song by the Average White Band they used to use as a rehearsal warm up song before it ended up on one of their albums and just like that, our work week is over.... our union contract says so.... That means the Mayor is on the hook for the weekend segues from wherever he is right now... could be Shangri-La or it could be a swamp - we don't know...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.
