"Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro Moros , speaking to the diplomatic corps in Caracas, announced the construction of a new financial system by the BRICS countries - Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. It will not repeat the fate of the dollar and will not be used as a political tool against other countries, the leader said."

“Five developing countries that have begun to build the architecture of financial, economic, commercial and political cooperation are striving to become one of the main actors in the emerging world,” the head of state emphasized."
