Biden's Treasury pick wants a "National Investment Authority?"

The US government is increasingly being populated with radicals that want to transform the American system. The newest Biden nominee, born in the Soviet Union and educated at Moscow State University, is huge advocate of the creation of a "National Investment Authority." What would this new federal body do? Transfer more power the Federal government in the form a "board" similar to the Federal Reserve board that would oversee private investments into public infrastructure. A new way for the American public to subsidize failure.
