High winds fuel fires while Greater Cincinnati is under Red Flag Warning

A rare Red Flag Warning extended through most of the Tri-State Wednesday after the National Weather Service said winds ranging from 15 to 30 mph could gust up to 50 mph, leading to downed trees or power outages. Those winds can also lead to rapidly spreading fire.
