Dorito's Dinamito Nacho Blast & Apple Soft Tacos

Dorito's Dinamitos are Frito Lay's answer to Barcel's Takis. I like them both and either can work with this soft taco. My son wanted to try the Nacho Blast Dinamito's and here we are :-DShow more

I used a Casa Mendosa 10" shell and filled it with:
-4 Dorito's Nacho Blast Dinamitos
-4 oz Taco meat
-2 oz Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
-large handful of mixed greens
-a few slices of red bell pepper
-a small handful of cubed Cosmic Crisp apple pieces (Tart and crisp apples work well)
-2 Tablespoons of full fat sour cream
-a healthy dose of El Molina chili & lime hot sauce

I ate this two days in a row. I forgot the red pepper the second time around and it was just as tasty :-) The Dinamitos, crisp apple and mixed greens give the perfect crisp to crunch factor.
