Bruce Willis Announces Aphasia Diagnosis, Retires From Acting

What has been an open secret in Hollywood for years has been confirmed today with the announcement that Bruce Willis will be stepping away from the screen after coming forward with an neurological degeneration condition. Willis has Aphasia which is a disease that affects how one can perceive and understand language; pretty central to the work of an actor, you could say. It's something that those in the know have understood for awhile, but it's no less sad.
