The Bone Spicule (boney protrusion) is NO MORE!!

I had two teeth (a wisdom and a molar) extracted over the last couple of months and finally, finally the bone spicule (boney protrusion) that has caused me so much pain and misery came out tonight. Now hopefully this gum will heal nicely and I can get on with my life!
