How to make a Blowtein | Protein Powder Ice Cream

Let's make a delicious and filling ice cream treat that won't ruin your diet or your waistline! This is how I make a Blowtein.. or Protein Powder Ice Cream!

BLOWTEIN RECIPE
-----------------
INGREDIENTS:
About 15 Cubes of Ice
1/2 cup milk (any kind of milk will do or just use water)
1 Serving Protein Powder (Peanut Butter Cookie by 1UP: http://rwrd.io/w9zi2iz?c)
1 pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum (Amazon Link: https://amzn.to/3DmChT9)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Add everything to the blender except Xanthan Gum and blend until it "Blows Up" and breaks down the ice (scrape down the sides as needed).
2. Add the Xanthan Gum and blend again (twice if you like it really smooth).
3. Eat right away or put into freezer no longer than 30 minutes to an hour as it freezes super hard.
