A New Report Says Oregon Can Do More To Stop Domestic Terror (Duh!)

In a report released by Oregon's Secretary of State and the Oregon Audits Division, the audit found the state can be doing more to stop domestic terrorists. But some of their suggestions to "mitigate" are completely idiotic.
