Best Rampicante Use For Recipes

We had a great harvest of Zucchino Rampicante and it happens to be our absolute favorite squash to grow now for many reasons. The younger fruits can be used like zucchini, they have a sweeter flavor and after it hardens off it can be used like butternut squash. This squash has an amazing resilience to squash bugs and thrives so well here in our zone 8A growing zone. This is a short video showing how I really like to use it in the best healthy supplemented way in dishes.
