Better Together: Pets and People

Fact: Cute pets and their people are simply #bettertogether. Heck, even doing your taxes is tolerable if you have a fur-covered friend in your lap. We at Michelson Found Animals strongly believe animals and their people are better off together. That’s why we work every day to keep them from being apart. And we do it in a variety of ways, including offering a free microchip registry, holding pet adoptions and funding scientific research that will one day transform the world of animal welfare.

It’s hard to describe the bond between a pet and their family. Even when we’re taking them out to pee at 2 a.m., or walking them through pouring rain, we just wouldn’t trade them for the world. Pets make a bad time okay and a good time great. On the best of days, they put a smile on our face, and on the worst of days, they lick away our tears. But perhaps the best thing about our pets is that they love us unconditionally, without judgement, warts and all.
