Deputy Dominguez - Cowardly Sheriff Gang Member Gets Owned

Deputy Dominguez deliberately shined his flashlight in my face to keep me from recording the unlawful stop and detainment they were conducting. He taunted me and was claiming to know where I live and work. He physically put his hands on me and my camera. He followed me around flashing his bright light in my face for 20 minutes. Never once get giving me a lawful order to move away.
