DAYTON, Ohio -- The man accused of shooting a Dayton Police officer has been indicted on several charges.

Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat. Heck Jr. said that Antwyane Deon Lowe, 39, of Dayton was indicted today on the following:

One count of Felonious Assault on a Police Officer with a deadly weapon
One count of Felonious Assault on a Police Officer causing serious harm
One count of Assault on a Police Officer
One count of Carrying a Concealed Weapon
One count of Having Weapons While Under Disability – prior offense of violence
One count of Possession of Cocaine

According to Interim Police Chief Matt Carper, Dayton Police Officer Thadeu Holloway had been investigating the report of a counterfeit bill being passed at a Dollar General store Sept. 21, when he encountered Lowe on Ingram Avenue.
