Biden does NOT want Ukraine to WIN the war - Mar. 29, 2022

(Mar. 29, 2022) During a congressional hearing, several GOP all-stars grill Biden's top generals on military logistics and why weapon systems are taking so long to reach Ukraine soldiers. General Tod Wolters, the U.S. commander on #NATO in Europe, was hesitant to say Biden had the final word on the "what-and-when", but that he planned to "stall" and not "win" the war. Ukraine's President #Zelenskyy has been asking for MIG-29s, S-300 antiaircraft systems and Harpoon missiles in conjunction the Javelins, Stingers and rations they've been getting through various supply lines.
