The Making of Sichuan Kung Pao Beef with Baby Potatoes, Scallions and NKusuma Garlic Flavoured Cashew Nuts - Stay Home Work from Home

Kung Pao dish is one of the most popular dishes in Chinatown all over the world. Part of the reasons is due to its simple combination of common ingredients with the addition of cashew nuts to create that unique crunchy texture. In this video we used a leftover filet mignon and stir fried it with baby potato, scallions and topped with that must have ingredient, cashew nuts, which in our version is garlic flavoured. The Kung Pao sauce we used for this dish is Sichuan style which has that unique "Ma La" spicy sensation.
