This is a pitch for a wholesaling real estate course. I break down why I believe this to be a fake guru course.

Everything I say in this video is my opinion and should not be taken seriously. The term 'fake guru' is used to describe someone selling a get rich opportunity by claiming that it's easy, doesn't require any money, and/or doesn't require any credit. Given the nature of the real estate business, these claims are typically not valid, which is what leads me to label some tactics for selling a course as being fake guru.

This video is not intended to prohibit you from buying the course criticized in this video and it is not made with the sole intention of earning affiliate income from promoting other courses. I personally think there are better options in the education market place for learning real estate and I share those opinions in this video.
