In this video I smoked a whole brisket, and used leftovers to create an outstanding and very tasty grilled cheese sandwich that would please most anyone. Brisket grilled cheese sandwiches is a great way to use leftover brisket. This brisket sandwich not only has thin sliced jalapenos embedded into the bread, but also has a crispy cheese exterior on the bottom side for a delightful crunch and taste.
