Walking The Cape Trail at Cape Lookout State Park, actual walking speed.
The long version, with music. If your treedmill walking is boring, maybe you could project this video on the wall in front of you and pretend you are there instead! We're only going about 2 1/2 miles per hour. And, of course, you can turn off the sound track and listen to your own mix.
Walking The Cape Trail at Cape Lookout State Park. This is almost the whole 2 1/2 mile walk, I tried to only cut some stops for photos and chatting with some of the other hikers.
It's quite a muddy trail. Good thing it had been dry for days before this walk.
