Can you handle the toughest dumbbell Arm Workout on YouTube? This Biceps and Triceps home workout WILL grow your arms fast...if you can handle it.

This 7-minute workout is only for those who are serious about growing big arms. This routine uses only dumbbells and works the biceps, triceps, and forearms. All you'll need are 2 dumbbells (I'm using 25lbs for this routine and could barely complete it myself!)

We'll be going through 9 exercises for 35 seconds each. I'll give you 5 seconds to transition between each exercise. We've got 5 exercises for the Biceps, and 4 exercises for the Triceps.

35sec. x Cross Body Hammer Curls (outer head + Brachialis)
35sec. x Drag Curls (outer head Brachialis)
35sec. x Tricep Kickbacks (medial head Triceps)
35sec. x Overhead Tricep Extensions (long head Triceps)
35sec. x 21's (inner Bicep heads)
35sec. x Dual Hammer Curls (outer head + Brachialis)
35sec. x Lying Skull Crushers (long head + outer head)
35sec. x Lying Tate Press (outer head)
35sec. x Alternating Curls (inner Bicep heads)
