1. Turn off Windows updates
a. win+R
b. services.msc
c. Stop Windows update services
d. Right Click
e. Select Properties
f. Select Disabled
2. Adjust for Best Performance

3. Set Page File to 4500 x GPU Count
a. Select Advanced tab
b. Select Change
c. Uncheck Automatically manage paging file
