This is a kata, Seisan, which means, '13'. It is from the Okinawa karate, Goju-Ryu, which means, 'Hard-Soft Style.'

Also, addition to this kata, Seisan's meaning, '13' is also been known as '13 movements', '13 Fists', or '13 Hands'. There are more names out there, but these are most common. This kata is the oldest kata from karate because it's origin comes from Yong Chun White Crane boxing from Fujian Province in Southern China.
