When one considers the issue of marijuana reform being put into the hands of lawmakers, it is quite apparent that they do not understand the first thing about weed. It makes complete sense why after over two decades of legalization attempts here in the Land of the Free, not a single legislator has managed to bring down prohibition federally through the legislative process.
