The NFL's woke policies continue to fail. In response to the Brian Flores situation, the NFL is now mandating that all NFL teams hire a minority candidate for the offensive side of the football. No such rule is being instituted for the defense or special teams, but now all NFL teams will be required to hire at least one offensive coach that is a minority. The NFL has also expanded the Rooney Rule to include women.
