Postpartum Tips for Natural Birth

As many of you know, this time around I had to get c-section to deliver the Twins, but for my first son Theodore, I went through all natural home birth. So I thought this video would be helpful to all the vaginal birth mama's out there!
I will be posting a video on postpartum tips for c-sections as well, since I am in recovery for that now, but for right now I hope this video helps lots of mama's!
