- Justin Fields Year 2 jump? Matt Eberflus says he expects Fields to take a jump in 2022 under new Bears offensive coordinator Luke Getsy. Ryan Poles and Eberflus acknowledge that they need to get Fields more help on the offensive line and at WR, but a lot of Fields’ growth will be based on individual improvements and coaching.
