Summary:
After the Stranger is revealed to be a Steef and barely escapes town with his life, he comes across a Grubb village who need his help to defeat Sekto.

They tell Stranger to head to Bloody Bay and take out the Wolvarks controlling the dam and they will give him a boat to use to reach Sekto's Dam.
