The Average Reaction to Biden's "Backtrack" (He probably just forgot he said any of it honestly.)

This is our president ladies and gentlemen... What dark times are we in where a man who doesn't even know where he is half he time, also doesn't remember half of what he says and the wider political, social, and economic implications caused by his careless actions. Or rather I suppose, it isn't careless, it would be thoughtless since he hasn't had a clear coherent thought for years now.
