Network Admin Life - Issue of the Week - Televideo problem

in this week's video I describe a problem that we're experiencing with a Polycom video phone. The issue persists but the good news is when I made this video I was told we were the only provider having this issue, CDCR has now come back and said that one other provider is experiencing this issue as well! So... it's not just me.
