1 ½ tbsp corn syrup
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup water
¾ cup strawberries fresh or frozen
1 ½ tbsp freeze dried raspberry powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 drops gel red food coloring
CHEESECAKE FILLING
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp milk
⅓ cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sour cream
