New World - Best Flint farm spot

Just found a really great area for farming flint which is needed to make gunpower thus results in some good exp for engineering trade skill in New World. The spot is just outside deadman's cove in Monarch's Bluff, around 40 flint are in this area, its also great for farming the nightcrawler and glow baits which you can use for fishing or selling on the market.

Special note, after you farm up all the flint, you may have to line of sight exit the area, so walk over to the south, where the wrecked boat is at and then return to the spot, all of the flint should respawn / show up.
