God is good all the time 476: Can Believers SLAY Demons?

With all the things that are out there we decided t look at some of the things that are commonly stated by many of those ministries that are not following the things that are taught in scripture (God's Word). One of the big things that are pushed is the idea that in spiritual warfare you can slay a demon (if you are anointed to do so and have enough faith or are strong in your faith among other qualifiers). Well in my readings of scripture and in Mark's understanding of both scripture and Theologies there is no place that shows the slaying of any demon anywhere. We are only given the authority to cast out demons as they will also face judgment and be in the pits of hell as will all other sinners. Come and join us as we discuss the idea of slaying demons.
