September 11, 2021 - U.S. Marines with Btry. A, 1st Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, fire an M777 towed 155mm howitzer during the Fall Fire Exercise (FIREX) on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California. FIREX is a regimental-level exercise designed to allow multiple batteries to train together in preparation for Steel Knight, an annual combat readiness exercise.
