STANDOFF: Washington D.C. Police vs. We The People!

As seen in the video, D.C. Police and Federal officers block exit ramps to downtown D.C. for trucks only, without providing any logical or lawful reason to downtown D.C.
Smaller vehicles are being allowed in, while truckers are being denied their Constitutional rights; namely 1A and 4A.
This is a serious violation of human rights and basic right to peacefully assemble and protest against a government(s).
