Synopsis:
Though theoretically electrical circuits require a circular design, in a home wiring situation it is often more helpful to think of them as a tree. Having wired the home runs (the tree trunk) in our last video, Joel now shows how the power is distributed in the master bedroom (one branch). DIYers may find this helpful if running their own wire or troubleshooting apparent power issues in specific areas in the house. Electrical apprentices may benefit if assigned to running wire in one or several branch circuits in a home while keeping track of hot feeds & wire paths.
