Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - Who Has The Strongest Down Smash? (Final Update)

A ranking/tier list of every playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, based on the kill percentage of their down smash on Final Destination or an Omega-form stage, on Mario. I have decided to update the tier lists I've made for the final patch, v13.0.1, including new DLC and correcting some characters.
The Clock Tower remix belongs to Mewmore

NOTES:
- I have changed the way ranking works, for this video and all the others that I'm yet to update. Now I'm only ranking the default d-smash of a character, although d-smashes with a buff still appear for comparison
- Any character's d-smash that has the same kill % as another character's d-smash but has higher damage output will be ranked higher
