Cooking Steps:
1. Thaw the butter in a small saucepan or pot. Beat the eggs and
pour them into the stewpan, mix with oil. Stir the eggs regularly
over medium heat to prevent the mixture from solidifying from
below. Add cottage cheese and mix thoroughly, allowing the
cheese to dissolve.
2. When the mixture begins to thicken, remove the saucepan from
the heat and continue stirring. The eggs will continue to set,
thanks to the heated bottom. Add salt and pepper and, if
desired, seasonings to your taste or fresh herbs. If necessary,
return the pan to the fire. Stir until the mass is thick enough but
still maintain a delicate, creamy consistency.
3. Simultaneously toast bread in a pan or a toaster. Serve toasts
with eggs laid on top. Add fried champignons, tomatoes, or
canned beans if desired.
