NOTICE OF EXTREME HARDSHIP and SOS DISTRESS - letter to [Barossa Council]

We require a 6-month grace period to protect and preserve our lives and require a community wide protection order.

To the living men and living women working for the corporation trading as The Barossa Council.

My name is Solange Ellen Goodes, and I am writing on behalf of my extremely stressed husband Toby Graham Lockyer, myself, and our wider community.

We live at our home in Ngadjuri Nation at Sandy Creek, 15 Mugge Rd.

Over four years ago we became conscious that there is a high level, highly organised satanic pedophile cult operating through all levels of government, finance and systems of human herd control. Via the wikileaks publication of Hillary Clinton and her campaign manager John Podestas email.

There is a mountain of supporting evidence internationally, and at the Federal and State level, of organised State sanctioned child trafficking and court ordered protection of the identities of high-profile pedophiles in parliament and other positions of prominence and power. As a result of our extensive research, including meeting with, talking with and supporting historic and current reporting victims of Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) and State funded and sanctioned terrorism against vulnerable families. We have lost all faith in the criminal corporations posing as our governments and the criminal banking establishment and the courts of corruption that all conspire among themselves; To benefit and profit the powerful few at the expense of we the many.

Awakening to the truth of the warmongering, child trafficking, predatory evil that passes for business as usual in our world, our country and our state has been, and still is, an extremely painful and traumatic process. Realising everything we’ve been tricked, and trapped and trained into believing was ‘law’ and trustworthy ‘authority’ is in fact based in fraud, mass deception and historic and ongoing crimes against our human family and against our Earth, is an immense amount of confronting and reality changing information to process. As we have been researching and learning the truth of the high-level crimes of The Church, primarily the Vatican, The British Crown, The Globalist central banking cartel, the mega corporations, the corporate State and the Corporate councils that they control. We have learnt that the corporations claiming to hold ‘authority’ and ‘jurisdiction’ here as The Australian Government and all subsidiaries cannot provide any evidence of lawful sovereignty.

The lawful sovereignty in this country belongs to The Original Sovereign Nations of this land. The corporations claiming to be the government here in this country have no standing in law in truth; And in reality, are agents of a foreign power.

The corporations posing as government in this country are in fact engaged in a real time genocidal occupation of this country. Where the powerful criminal network who control the corporate policies of ‘governance’ have been systematically and deliberately engaged in the genocide of The Original People of this country since the empire arrived and started making its false claims to ‘authority’, ‘jurisdiction’ and ‘sovereignty’ here.

The genocidal occupation continues to this day, with The Original Sovereign People of this country still being targeted by ‘the system’ and system-workers for the destruction of their families, community and their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health and well-being. Which is evident by the alarming rate of forced baby and child removals and the mass incarceration of The Original People of this country. With black deaths in custody and the extremely high number of State stolen children leaving Original families and communities shattered and suffering intergenerational grief and trauma – as what passes for business as usual under the tyranny, oppression and genocidal occupation of these criminal ‘for profit’ corporations. That fraudulently claim ‘authority’ and jurisdiction that they do not have in truth.

This current system is held in place through fraud and fear, through threats of penalty and loss, through court proceedings and debt collectors who target anyone who won’t comply with the draconian demands on We the People to pay the endless invoices raised and issued against us by these criminal corporations, that we have never consciously consented to contract with. But rather have been deceptively trained to believe we have no choice but to obey, or suffer the consequences of ‘the system’ and the system workers, contractors, consultants, lawyers, judges all ganging up to target anyone who dares to stop paying the endless criminal demands.

In January 2020 my husband Toby and I, with our friend Linda Moullae, her husband and another local community member attended a Barossa Council meeting to present an extremely well researched deposition and supply supporting documentation of the abundant evidence that 5G non-native energy fields are dangerous and damaging to human biology. With the radiation from the towers and short cell transmitters causing oxidative stress to our cells. Which leads to a wide range of symptoms and illness including accelerated aging, leading to premature death. As well as being dangerous and damaging to bees, birds and plant life and all of natural life.

We urged council to adopt the precautionary principle in halting the deployment of this energy weaponry technology in our area. Pending the proper real time monitoring and safety of the system and protection of the health and safety of our community being proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

Council deferred our request to the Federal telecommunications Act and ARPANSA the telecommunications watch dog that both have no standing in law in this country and are completely untrustworthy.
The feedback provided from the Barossa council was to causally dismiss our very real, valid and well evidenced request for protection. Essentially brushing us off and saying the criminals deploying this dangerous technology against our community said it is going ahead regardless. ‘Nothing to see here’, carry on business as usual. At which point we lost all faith in the competence and trustworthiness of the Barossa council. Who clearly do not listen to and do not act in the best interests of the people of our community. But rather follow the criminal policies of a foreign power currently engaged in genocidal occupation of this country.

Further evidence that council is in fact controlled by and loyal to the corporate policies pushed down by the centralised hierarchy of top down fraudulent ‘authority’; and not directed by or loyal to the truth, or to the honestly informed will, or the best interests of our local community. Is the ongoing COVID staged pandemic. The facts do not support the fraudulent claim of a health emergency. As is being relentlessly marketed and pushed on our community through corporate controlled propaganda and fear inducing mis-information.

In truth COVID is an ongoing act of psychological, biological and economic warfare against our community. Being deliberately engineered by the warmongering central banking cartel and the extremely powerful and profitable pharmaceutical mafia. Including Bill Gates, David Rockefeller Jr, and their billionaire mates who are making billions more from this mass deception. While advancing their global depopulation drive and preparing for the roll out of their digital cashless banking system ‘The Great Reset’ designed to completely enslave the human beings that remain.

Every corporation, organisation and institution participating in and perpetrating this ongoing COVID covert war crime against our community, and every individual working for and receiving remuneration for participating in and perpetuating this fraud; Is right now complicit in the genocidal occupation of The Sovereign First Nations.

All employees, executives, contractors, consultants, lawyers, judges and others acting on behalf of Barossa Council are hereby notified that you are complicit in genocidal occupation and are working for a corporation that has no lawful jurisdiction or authority in this country.
If you continue to act on behalf of the corporation against your fellow man and fellow woman, you will be held personally liable and charged and prosecuted in an international proceeding. The international proceeding will be held and published publicly and you will be named as a traitor to your fellow countrymen. You will also be personally liable for the harm and loss that your complicity and participation in the ongoing genocidal occupation of this country by the criminal corporation you work for is causing. Your personal assets can be seized as proceeds of crime and re-distributed to your victims.

Toby and I, and our wider community as a whole are victims of this COVID fraud which has destroyed our businesses and our peace and privacy. We are in extreme hardship as we witness the insanity of our community being lied to and deceived and coerced into submitting themselves to an experimental bio weapon; that is killing people, causing blood clots and heart damage, premature menopause and other ill effects in recipients.

We are working with The Original Sovereign People and with our wider community of conscious peace and freedom lovers to restore Divine and Natural lore, and implement lawful remedy. We are in the process of changing the line of authority away from the criminal hierarchy that has no honest standing in law, back to ‘We the People’ as one united continent of 369 + First Nations in living treaty with the The Original Sovereign People of this country. This is a process and an ongoing community wide conversation that requires our active participation, collaboration, relationship and community building and contribution by all good people of integrity.

We require the active support of all honest council workers, council members and executives by way of a 6-month grace period where ourselves and all members of our community will be safe and protected from council pursuing or harassing us for money we don’t have; And make us safe from threats of prosecution or court proceedings, or any other threats of actions to cause us harm or loss during this intensely stressful and life-threatening time.

Toby and I have claimed whistle-blower protection and made our position known to our wider family, friends, community, local business owners, police, Premier Steven Marshall, Tony Piccolo MP, The Commonwealth Bank, local Original Women of Ngadjuri and Kaurna Country, Dylan Wilson of People’s Treaty and the general public through recorded published and documented evidence and testimony.

We fear for our lives, as we work to expose and end the genocidal occupation of this country and our communities.

We pray that you as the living men and living women working for council will protect us also while we are in a state of SOS (save our souls) level of distress, and are working with our wider community to implement and action lawful remedy and solutions for us all to end the genocidal occupation; And found our newly unified Sovereign First Nations, For We the People, By We the People, so we can all be real world safe and genuinely free and honestly governed by the will of we the people under the real law of the land in this country.

We would love and be deeply grateful for councils help to hold community meetings and family fun day events in support of our People’s Treaty, and People's Peace Alliance process supporting conversations gathering the honestly informed will of we the people. To enable us to work together now across all perceived divides to find honest solutions to all the problems and challenges we face as a connected, caring, naturally free, living human community of brothers and sisters.

We are happy to make a time to meet with honest council employees and council members and executives to discuss these critical matters further and to make a plan we can all live with.
